For systemic examinations we need to go down to the basics of examinations. I found the following videos uploaded by medical students and very junior doctors very useful for my OSCE preparation.
The first video done by Geeky Medics (they are amazing group of guys) and this level will be enough for FCEM OSCE. The second video shows examination of different murmurs.
I will add more videos if I come across and also try to add a marking sheet.
